Responsibilities
Selling custom pools, spas, and full outdoor living environments to mid- and high-end homeowners
Designing projects using 3D software and presenting them in a consultative, confidence-driven way
Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract
Building your own pipeline through referrals, builder relationships, networking, and community involvement
Selling on craftsmanship, design, and long-term value rather than discounting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of consultative sales experience in residential pools, outdoor living, or related construction
A track record of closing high-dollar residential projects
Comfort generating your own opportunities and not waiting for leads
The ability to speak confidently about design, construction, and budget tradeoffs
A professional presence with discerning, high-net-worth homeowners
