Development Associate

ENGIE North America is leading the Zero-Carbon Transition by developing renewable and efficient energy solutions. The Project Development Associate will support the origination and development of distributed solar and solar + storage projects, managing tasks related to land acquisition, permitting, and project development.

Responsibilities

Support development team in progressing multi project solar and storage portfolios across multiple states
Performing due diligence for project sites to avoid development challenges and ensure all legal documents are executed
Help maintain the pipeline date for projects under development in various stages
Prepare and support the preparation and presentation for project/market reviews both at the DSS level

Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields
General understanding of renewable energy market trends
Must be available to travel domestically 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
