Responsibilities

Provide back-office practice coordination and administrative support
Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and documentation for approximately 30 patients per day
Support data entry and reporting tasks, including use of Epic and related tools (training provided if needed)
Maintain clear communication with patients, providers, and staff
Ensure accurate and timely processing of clinical and administrative tasks

Tech-savviness: ability to quickly learn Epic, reporting systems, and workflow tools

Strong soft skills: communication, organization, and self-motivation

Preferred

Strong customer service or administrative experience preferred
No prior healthcare or Epic experience required (training provided)
