Responsibilities
Have great phone etiquette on calls to customer service, follow through with customer requests promptly for all inquiries
Write up price quotes for stock items; work with merchandising and sales to facilitate price quotes for non-stock items
Advise customers on trends, new products, working within their budgets and timelines
Support inventory management and upcoming orders to resupply stock, including product delays or change orders
Communicate customer-related information, opportunities, and problems to Account Managers and Sales Manager to facilitate information flow
Complete daily production, accurate data entry, reporting paperwork, and other office tasks
Regular and reliable attendance
Qualification
Required
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to keep confidentiality
Microsoft Office and accuracy in invoicing
Experience with customers while being courteous and articulate
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
Focus on time management, punctuality, detail-oriented, and consistency
Perform basic mathematical skills including use of measurement systems
Strong attention to detail, well organized with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects; approachable, flexible, adaptable to change
Customer service oriented and dependable, with the ability to work well under pressure in an environment full of deadlines, providing accurate output
Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety requirements and principles
