Responsibilities

Lead and implement design and build plan changes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefits
Integrate changes across affected commodities and execute Build Integration milestones
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
Oversee technical approaches, products, and processes, providing necessary approvals
Facilitate collaboration across commodities and support team performance through process improvements
Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing plans and installation planning

Engineering drawings interpretationTechnical data packages developmentCATIA softwareProfessional writingProblem-solvingMicrosoft Office Suite

Required

Bachelor's Degree in STEM or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a related field
2-3+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Experience in developing technical data packages for aircraft parts
Proficient in professional/technical writing and problem-solving in team settings
Experience with CATIA software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to navigate stairs, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 35 pounds
