Identifying potential theories of liability
Drafting related correspondence and/or litigation documents/pleadings/motions
Handling court conferences, depositions, and trials
Providing client reporting and recovery analysis
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
Understanding insurance coverages very helpful
Understanding recoverable damages and current law
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
Identifying potential theories of liability
Drafting related correspondence and/or litigation documents/pleadings/motions
Handling court conferences, depositions, and trials
Providing client reporting and recovery analysis
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
Understanding recoverable damages and current law
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Indiana or Kentucky license or ability to waive into Indiana or Kentucky
Understanding insurance coverages very helpful
