The role involves filming, editing, and strategizing content for social media platforms while crafting authentic narratives that resonate with the founder's voice.

Responsibilities

Filming: Capturing 1-2 in-person sessions per week—meetings, daily operations, behind-the-scenes of building the agency

Editing: Producing 3-5 reels/posts per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Writing: Ghostwriting captions, LinkedIn posts, and longer-form content in the founder's voice

Content Strategy: Helping shape the 'founder building an agency' narrative, what stories to tell, how to tell them

Asset Management: Organizing photo/video libraries and maintaining a content calendar

1-3 years creating content for executives, influencers, or brand founders

You understand the difference between 'lifestyle content' and 'founder content' this is about documenting a business journey, not curating a perfect life

Strong videography and editing skills (reels, short-form video). You understand what's viral

Strong writing ability: You can craft compelling captions, posts, and narratives that sound authentic and match the founder's voice

You have taste: You know what looks good and what tells a story

Based in Los Angeles and available for in-person filming sessions

Able to take charge! Proactive thinker!
