Responsibilities
Own supply-side onboarding, engagement systems, and retention analytics
Build and monitor marketplace health dashboards - identify friction points and implement process fixes
Design activation mechanisms (performance tracking, communication cadences, incentive structures)
Partner with engineering on product adoption metrics and feature utilization analysis
Execute customer discovery calls and standardize quality control frameworks
Support go-to-market initiatives including case study development and customer events
Qualification
Required
0-3 years experience in operations, sales operations, or high-velocity startup environments
Data-driven problem solver who ships process improvements without hand-holding
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and direct founder collaboration
Preferred
Prior marketplace or platform operations experience strongly preferred
