Account Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and representative of NCM Associates
Provide a “white glove service” experience to clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects the premium service standards
Support onboarding and engagement efforts by helping clients clearly understand the unique value of the products and services
Proactively manage client expectations, especially during onboarding and transitional phases, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident
Address concerns around implementation, cost, and usability, providing reassurance and creative solutions
Identify and build relationships with client “champions”, equipping them with the tools and insights to successfully drive internal adoption
Continuously gather client feedback, documenting insights that can be funneled to product and service teams for ongoing improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective resolution of client needs
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing or account management role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously
