Required
5+ years experience in sales and business development
Full comprehension of what Branding/Advertising/Creative Agencies do
You possess an eye for design, because even your proposal and decks need to look nice
Positive energy and good vibes only
Highly comfortable with working in extremely fast paced work environments
3+ years of Branding / Creative Advertising Agency Sales and Sales Operations skills
Experience in Client Relations and Client Management
Business Development skills
Quick thinker and worker with strong excel/powerpoint and CRM hubspot and seamless ai skills
Must have a do it now, get it done asap way of thinking and working
Experience driving multiple account proposals in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
5+ years of sales and business development experience in the luxury and high-profile brand industries
