Responsibilities
Establish and maintain complete financial systems, controls, and processes
Create and manage: P&L statements
Cash flow management
Budgets and forecasts
Financial reporting and analysis
Oversee cash management and liquidity planning
Support tax planning, compliance, and coordination with external accountants
Provide financial insight to support growth initiatives, inventory planning, and marketing spend
Help prepare the business for future scale, financing, or strategic opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or senior finance leader
Strong background in small business or startup environments
Comfortable being hands-on and operating without a large team
Experience building financial processes from scratch
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with a founder
