Coordinate and draft responses to RFPs, tenders, and pitch requests
Compile firm experience, attorney bios, and matter descriptions into tailored proposals
Partner with attorneys and internal teams to collect information and meet deadlines
Proofread and edit for clarity, grammar, consistency, and accuracy
Manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of proposal/RFP experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Excellent writing and editing skills (grammar and attention to detail are a must)
Strong organization and project coordination skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree highly preferred (or equivalent experience)
