Required

Proven experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting
Ability to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs

A customer-first approach with a focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all members
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Knowledge of healthcare and cost-sharing programs is a plus
Basic technical proficiency to manage virtual meetings, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
