Responsibilities
Deliverables for clients including: bookkeeping, financials reports, coordination with in-house CPAs for tax returns, and 1099s
High level accounting projects for clients
Review of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
Coordination of proper payroll entry from staff-run payroll reports
AR/AP
Grant and contract invoice submission
Assistance with grant and contracts management (budget tracking, document prep, etc.)
Journal entries as needed
Assistance with company wide projects/initiatives
Collecting action items from client calls and coordinating delivery
Other activities as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience with Quickbooks Desktop
5+ years experience with Quickbooks Online
5+ years experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5+ years experience with government contract accounting and invoice submission
