Responsibilities
Develop and refine our value proposition. You'll translate complex product features into clear, compelling narratives that connect our solution to tangible business outcomes for customers
Design and execute end-to-end GTM campaigns for new products and features, managing launches from initial planning to post-launch analysis and adoption
Own the customer communication journey post-acquisition. You'll create and manage programs for onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion
Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers. You'll help them integrate us, troubleshoot blockers, and track success metrics to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes
Be the voice of the customer and the market. You'll use qualitative data (interviews) and quantitative data (product analytics) to identify user Act as the key connector between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success, ensuring the entire organization is aligned on product narratives and customer needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a Product Marketing role
Proven success in driving key metrics (e.g., product adoption, activation, retention) through strategic marketing and direct customer engagement
You are comfortable in data-heavy discussions and can quickly grasp complex technical products
You use data to find the 'why,' tell a compelling story, and make sharp, actionable recommendations
You write with clarity and precision, present with empathy, and can effectively influence both leadership and cross-functional teams
You thrive on understanding and solving customer problems and remain steady and empathetic under pressure
You are a proactive, organized project manager who excels at bringing teams together to resolve issues and achieve a common goal
Direct experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech
Experience that blends product marketing with customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
