Business Development Representative

Pam.ai is one of the fastest-growing startups in the DC area, focusing on AI Customer Experience for car dealerships. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating pipeline, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Build pipeline through outbound: calls, email, LinkedIn, and smart sequencing
Identify and reach decision-makers at dealerships (GM, Dealer Principal, Fixed Ops, BDC, etc.)
Qualify inbound + outbound leads and set meetings that convert
Keep a clean, disciplined CRM: notes, next steps, follow-ups, and accurate stage hygiene
Learn the product and the customer pain quickly and communicate it clearly
Improve messaging by testing what works and sharing learnings with the team
