MOC Account Manager
Tony Group is seeking an Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting sales goals, promoting products, and coordinating with internal teams to support accounts.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Travel within the assigned territory to present products, secure orders, and promote sales programs
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions
Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals
Ensure customers have adequate stock levels and manage product inventory for assigned accounts
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests
Coordinate equipment demonstrations, training, and minor field troubleshooting
Develop and maintain a sales plan and provide accurate sales forecasts
Report daily activities and completed invoices to the corporate office
Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads, and sales activities
Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and reports as required
Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and customer training sessions as needed
Perform daily inspections of the delivery vehicle and meet all DOT and safety requirements
Ensure marketing and promotional expenses remain within budget and receive prior approval
Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to resolve problems and handle challenging situations effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/contact management systems, and order processing systems
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and required insurance coverage
Must meet all DOT requirements/certifications
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and use hands
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Frequent travel to customer locations
Preferred
2–3 years of related sales experience preferred
Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
