This role is crucial in connecting potential and pre-existing patients with effectively scheduled appointments for our valuable services and hearing evaluations with our Hearing Aid Specialists.

Responsibilities
Conduct calls professionally and efficiently to our patients
Set appointments based on customer preferences and team availability
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system. (CRM = Customer Profiles, Schedule, Notes)
Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and success
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (or related) with a focus on appointment setting
Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Familiarity with CRM software and comfortable navigating between multiple programs and desktop screens
Preferred
Related experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing are all welcomed
