Client Relationship Manager – Multifamily Apartment Staffing
Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking a driven and experienced Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in the Multifamily industry to join our growing corporate team. This role is responsible for understanding client staffing needs, developing strategic partnerships, driving new business, and supporting ongoing market expansion in the Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities
Understand and assess client staffing needs to provide effective workforce solutions
Build, manage, and grow relationships with Multifamily property management companies
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within targeted companies
Develop and execute strategies to win new clients and expand existing accounts
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity targets
Conduct on-site property visits and represent ESS at industry events and networking functions
Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM and ATS systems
Meet and exceed defined KPI and performance goals
Design, implement, and evaluate weekly email marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign metrics and adjust outreach and marketing strategies based on results
Support social media marketing initiatives and assist with broader marketing strategies
Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Prior Multifamily industry experience
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel
Experience using ATS and CRM platforms
Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance-driven environments
Experience with email marketing campaigns, social media marketing, and basic marketing strategy execution
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Professional, confident, and relationship-driven mindset
Comfortable with site visits, events, and travel
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Preferred
Sales, business development, or client relationship management experience
