Experience in project management within an in-house agency, creative studio, or brand experience team
Skilled at managing integrated projects across creative, content, events, and experiential disciplines
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Experience with event and meeting logistics, vendor management, and live production
Fluent in tools like Asana, Airtable, and similar PM platforms
Familiarity with creative workflows and file types (Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, Figma, Miro, etc.)
Background in supporting internal comms, leadership events, or employee experience initiatives
