Responsibilities
Manage, coordinate, and oversee execution of assigned MMIS solution implementation projects
Collaborate closely with State-employed Project Managers and solution vendors to align project activities with program objectives
Promote a positive and productive project culture emphasizing teamwork, cooperation, and transparency
Ensure effective and timely communication, including facilitation of weekly status meetings and dissemination of updates
Collect and synthesize project team member updates; assess overall project health and performance
Draft, finalize, and submit weekly project status reports in accordance with State standards
Identify, evaluate, and escalate project risks and issues; facilitate dedicated risk and issue management meetings
Support coordination across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistency in reporting and communication
Manage project access requests in compliance with State Privacy and Security Officer requirements
Provide continuous alignment with PMO governance, standards, and reporting frameworks
Perform additional tasks as required to meet the objectives of the MME PMO
Qualification
Required
Must be PMP certified
