They are seeking a Research Assistant Professor to join the Source Project, a distinctive first-year research program in the Humanities and Social Sciences, responsible for teaching research streams and advising students.

Teach two research streams per year, either two sections of one theme or two differently themed streams
Advise students
Maintain a dynamic research agenda
Engage in University service on behalf of the Source Project, the External Scholarships and Undergraduate Research center, and the Division of Academic Affairs
Qualification
Required
PhD in a Humanities or Social Science discipline (or from an interdisciplinary doctoral program) by August 22, 2026
Documented college teaching experience
Experience advising and mentoring undergraduate research
Preferred
Experience teaching first-year college students
