Responsibilities
Assist with department Inbox (general inquiries)
Assist with high-volume administrative tasks
Sort/scan department mail
Coordinate outbound department mailings
Introduction to basic garnishment knowledge (order types, forms, common vocabulary)
Communicate with internal departments and external clients/employees
Assist with various clerical tasks as requested
Attend Webinar, Seminars, and other trainings
Other ad hoc or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work effectively and efficiently
High attention to detail
Ability to meet daily and weekly department deadlines
Good communication skills, oral and written
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Self-starter able to make sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational skills
High School diploma or equivalent
