Responsibilities
Ideally, a minimum of 5+ years of experience handling at least 3 of the following:
Divorce
Adoption
Child custody, child support, and visitation
Alimony and equitable distribution
Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
Paternity matters, surrogacy, school vaccination requirements, etc
Billable requirement: Flexible and lockstep with the base salary being offered
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling at least 3 of the following: Divorce, Adoption, Child custody, child support, and visitation, Alimony and equitable distribution, Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, Paternity matters, surrogacy, school vaccination requirements, etc
Admitted to and in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar Association
Preferred
Probate and/or Estate Planning Experience
