Greet and assist visitors, ensuring an attentive and welcoming environment

Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with efficiency and accuracy

Manage daily email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members

Schedule and coordinate appointments to maintain an organized calendar for the office

Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Organize and maintain both physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage documents, communications, and schedules

Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the office

Required

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role

Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and call management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients and team members
