Customer Service Representative
Undisclosed company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional frontline support and serve as a key point of contact for customers across multiple channels. This role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive end-to-end customer experience that supports satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and self-service platforms
Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions, issues, and requests
Troubleshoot and resolve product, account, or service-related concerns, escalating complex cases as needed
Document all customer interactions accurately within CRM and customer service systems
Meet or exceed established service-level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity targets
Educate customers on products, features, and best practices to maximize value and satisfaction
Identify recurring issues and share insights with internal teams to improve products, processes, and documentation
Maintain a customer-first mindset while balancing efficiency, accuracy, and empathy
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone
Proven ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfort using CRM systems and customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar)
Ability to follow processes while adapting to evolving customer needs and business priorities
Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and reliability
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in a customer service, customer support, or call center environment
Prior experience supporting technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or service-based products
Familiarity with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and self-service tools
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
