Responsibilities

Promptly follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, and email (within 1 minute whenever possible)
Build rapport quickly and guide potential patients through the decision-making process
Convert warm leads into scheduled and paid evaluations
Address and overcome common objections around cost, value, time, and uncertainty
Accurately present our service offerings and clearly articulate the benefits of our care model
Coordinate with clinical and front desk teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a positive patient experience
Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions using our CRM system
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including:
Contact rate
Conversion to scheduled visits
Show rate
Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine scripts, objection handling, and overall sales process

Qualification

Required

3+ years of B2C sales experience (phone-based sales)
Experience in healthcare, wellness, coaching, or other high-ticket service environments
Knowledge or experience with the services we provide
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident handling objections and navigating conversations around pricing and care decisions
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable with performance-based compensation and KPI tracking
Familiarity with CRM systems (we use High Level)
Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn and operate multiple platforms (CRM, VoIP, SMS, scheduling software, etc.)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
