Prepare forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990 in Proseries
Resolve tax matters with the IRS and State
Prepare monthly financials such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements
Prepare year end reviews
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks online
Processing A/P and A/R for clients-Processing payroll and quarterly payroll reports
Prepare 1099s at year end
Work as part of a team on bigger projects to get them completed on time
Qualification
Required
3 plus years of experience with forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990
2-3 years Quickbooks Desktop experience
2-3 years Quickbooks Online experience
Proficient with Excel
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Sales Tax experience
EA or CPA Credentials
Payroll Preparation Experience
Experience with Intuit Proseries
