Responsibilities

Automate and compress workflows across the company (sales ops, marketing ops, support ops, finance ops, analytics)
Build lightweight internal tools, scripts, and integrations (APIs, webhooks, CRM/workflow automation, dashboards)
Rapidly prototype, test, and ship improvements that move core business metrics (conversion, revenue, retention, support efficiency)
Turn one-off wins into systems: repeatable workflows, SOPs, monitoring, and handoffs
Improve team throughput by teaching practical patterns for using AI tools effectively (without creating brittle messes)

Required

High agency: you take ownership of ambiguous problems end-to-end and deliver outcomes
Proven ability using modern AI tooling, especially Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding workflows)
Builder mindset: comfortable with terminal, git, python, MCP, APIs, Claude skills, Claude agents, SDLC, etc
Strong judgment: you can ship fast and make things maintainable and safe
Clear communicator: you can explain what you built, why, how it works, and how it moves metrics

Preferred

Experience in startup ops, RevOps, growth, customer success ops, analytics, or product ops
You've replaced manual workflows with reliable automation systems (not just demos)
