INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Digital Account Executive to join our team! The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s automotive website initiatives and online platforms, requiring strong client contact skills and experience in a digital agency or client services environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for content and authoring day-to-day tasks within web CMS, including adding/editing content (copy, images, video) to compose updates for approvals

Conduct dealership test drive onboarding training and program support via email and video conferencing

Coordinate daily with clients and vendors to align on weekly live broadcast show requirements

Deliver on (small to medium sized scope) site updates and self-contained projects unaided. Takes ownership of deliverables and facilitates work effectively across internal teams and vendors

Brief creative and production teams on project initiatives including website maintenance, development, and asset generation

Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary

Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps

Facilitate internal and client reviews, update status documents, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination

Results owner – can articulate past results and measurements strategy/optimizations

Be the steward of the agency’s brand management system and show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape)

Oversee the efforts of junior staff

Oversee internal process

Manages relationships with ongoing partners/vendors
