Account Manager
Buzzy Work Pro is a company that provides high-level administrative support to small business owners and startups. They are seeking an Account Manager to build relationships, acquire new clients, and support client retention efforts, playing a key role in revenue generation.
Responsibilities
Identify and close ideal clients through networking, referrals, community outreach, and inbound and outbound leads
Conduct Discovery Calls and tailor service tier recommendations based on business needs
Close new clients into monthly task-based plans ranging from $500–$5,000+
Actively engage in your local small business community: meetings, events, lunches, and groups
Use your sales budget to build authentic relationships
Represent the brand and open doors for long-term partnerships
Join monthly strategy meetings for clients you’ve closed (led by the Task Master)
Help ensure client satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years in B2B sales, ideally working with small business owners
Relationship-first, highly self-motivated, and proactive
A strong local network or ability to build one quickly
Excited to be the face of a growing service brand in your region
Comfortable being paid based on results, and ready to earn six figures doing it
Enjoy new technology and constantly trying and learning about new software
