Admin Assistant (Remote)
Adore Ecuador Travel is a fast-growing travel & hospitality company specializing in personalized leisure travel packages. They are seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to support their operations team by managing client communications, scheduling, and booking workflows.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary remote administrative contact: triage client emails, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate issues to advisors
Manage calendars and scheduling for US-based travel advisors and client consultations across time zones
Support booking and reservation workflows: prepare itineraries, confirm supplier reservations, and update booking status in the CRM
Process invoices and expense records, coordinate with finance on payments, and maintain accurate transaction logs
Maintain and audit client records in CRM, generate routine operational reports, and track follow-ups to maximize conversion and retention
Create and improve admin templates, SOPs, and file systems to reduce handling time and improve client satisfaction
