Belle Tire is a large retail organization that offers hands-on experience to interns. The Marketing Operations Intern will support the operational, analytical, and execution side of marketing to ensure campaigns and materials are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings

Support the operational execution of marketing initiatives across retail locations

Assist with: Campaign coordination and timelines, Marketing calendars and project tracking, Organization and distribution of marketing materials

Create and maintain reports, analyze metrics, and summarize performance results

Support data entry, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

Assist in creating internal materials, guides, and presentations

Communicate with internal teams and retail locations via email and phone to support marketing needs

Share ideas to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and execution

Complete a marketing operations--focused project and present final recommendations to senior leadership

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working with data, reports, and detailed processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and follow-through
