They are seeking a highly motivated Field Application Scientist (FAS) to act as the primary link between US-based users and global product teams, driving customer success and ensuring tools deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities
Lead high-impact product demos and onboarding
Support pharmaceutical and academic customers in their research
Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying user needs, emerging market trends, and technical feasibility
Stay up-to-date on computational biology advancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science or related fields with special interest in computational biology
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions
Available to work on-site at our San Diego office
Preferred
Knowledge of single-cell and spatial is a plus but not mandatory
