Responsibilities
Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings
Support day-to-day digital marketing activities including:
Website content updates and optimization
E-mail marketing campaigns
Social media content and scheduling
Digital advertising and paid media support
Assist with tracking and reporting on digital performance metrics (website traffic, campaign results, engagement, etc.)
Help analyze consumer data and digital trends to support campaign optimization
Assist in creating digital marketing materials and presentations
Share creative ideas to enhance Belle Tire's digital presence and customer experience
Provide general marketing support to internal teams and Belle Tire retail locations
Complete a digital marketing--focused project and present final recommendations to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online consumer behavior
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
