3+ years expIrys, a Legal AI company, is seeking a Legal Content Creator to produce high-quality content for legal professionals. The role focuses on content production and operations, ensuring that legal materials are credible, clear, and aligned with product realities.

Responsibilities
Write and publish content across: Company and founder LinkedIn (in the founder’s voice, with approval), Blog / knowledge hub, Short case studies and customer stories, Use-case one-pagers / workflow explainers, Release notes and product updates (customer-facing)
Maintain a consistent output cadence and raise quality over time
Own the editorial calendar and production workflow (draft → review → publish)
Build repeatable templates for: Use cases, Announcements, Case studies, “How it works” explainers
Ensure content stays accurate and aligned with product reality (no over-claims)
Help build and maintain “trust assets” such as: FAQs and product explainers, Ethics and responsible-use language, Security/controls summaries (in partnership with the team)
Translate complex capabilities into clear, lawyer-readable language
Distribute content reliably across owned channels
Track basic performance signals (reach, saves, clicks, site traffic, assisted conversions)
Run lightweight iteration: what lands → do more of it
Qualification
Required
Legal-domain experience, such as: Law firm / in-house / legal ops / KM / legal publishing; or 3+ years in legaltech content/GTM with direct attorney-facing work
3–8+ years in content creation, content marketing, editorial, or communications (B2B preferred)
Excellent writing and editing: clear, precise, credible for lawyers
Ability to take rough inputs (product notes, calls, demos, bullets) and turn them into polished output quickly
Strong operational discipline (deadlines, calendars, version control)
Preferred
Comfort producing lightweight visuals (templates, simple one-pagers) or coordinating a designer
Experience with email/lifecycle content (onboarding sequences, feature updates)
Familiarity with tools like Notion/Airtable, Web CMS, and basic analytics
