Sales Operations Coordinator
EngageLocal is a growing company focused on building a structured sales system. They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support their sales teams by managing the tech stack, cleaning data, enforcing processes, and providing accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate contact records
Update AE and SDR pipelines in real time
Manage stages, clean duplicates, and fix broken data
Ensure dispositions & notes follow the daily workflow
Prepare daily AE/SDR call lists from Pipedrive & Apify data
Monitor call volume, DM %, talk time, transfer activity
Review JustCall AI scoring to ensure script adherence
Flag coaching opportunities for the Head of Sales
Make sure SDR data uploads are correct daily
Enforce compliance with scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling
Ensure warm leads, hot leads, and rehash lists are in correct pipelines
Maintain demo calendar hygiene and follow-up tasks
Run scheduled scrapes for new leads
Clean & format scraped data for CRM import
Work with Sales and Dev teams to improve automations
Daily sales dashboard (calls, DM%, sets, demos, sales)
Weekly KPI reporting for AEs, SDRs, Retention
Monthly performance summaries for leadership
Identify trends in sales performance
Manage AE and SDR calendars
Assist with no-show follow-ups & pipeline recovery
Own internal documentation for sales processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in a sales support or ops role preferred
Strong Google Sheets abilities (pivot tables, formulas)
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Great communicator who follows through
Loves supporting others and making processes run smoothly
Preferred
Experience in these tools is preferred — but strong technical ability + willingness to learn is just as valuable
