Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Lead the development and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend enhancements

Required

Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with data migration, integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and CI/CD processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect)
Ncino exp is Plus
