Responsibilities

Assist program managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution

Analyze project data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform program decisions

Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans

Participate in project meetings, provide updates, and ensure stakeholders are informed

Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Contribute to the development of program management processes and procedures

Required

Must have completed Sophomore year of a 4 year college degree program
