Effectively communicates, plans, and sustains improvement initiatives with key stakeholders

Identifies opportunities for process improvement with assigned business unit

Leads efforts to identify best practices for change management and process improvement

Identifying impacted parties, business partners, and resources required

Develop and designs processes and systems that support business needs

Conducts cost/benefit analysis for ROI determination and recommendations for targeted improvements

Builds support for business change throughout the business unit

Leads key process improvement initiatives

Required

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change, or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Strong ability to influence and build consensus among high-level stakeholders

Demonstrated expertise in performing comprehensive cost-benefit analyses

Solid track record in developing and implementing ROI-driven improvement strategies

Ability to identify and leverage data to drive decision-making and demonstrate value creation
