Sojorne provides in-person and virtual behavioral health supports to parents and individuals with ASD, special needs and/or disabilities. As a BCBA in their early intervention program, you will conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and train RBTs while collaborating with families to support children’s development.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developmental assessments for children ages 2–7
Create individualized intervention plans rooted in evidence-based ABA and early learning best practices
Train, coach, and supervise RBTs and student therapists to deliver high-quality instructional and behavioral programming
Implement naturalistic teaching strategies (e.g., NET, PRT, ESDM principles, play-based instruction)
Collaborate with families to build functional communication, independence, and self-advocacy
Support smooth transitions between clinic, home, and school settings
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust programming
Contribute to an environment that values compassion, equity, and dignity for children and families
Document services in compliance with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and clinical standards
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Strong instructional coaching skills with RBTs and early-career clinicians
Excellent communication and family coaching skills
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for working in a purpose-driven clinic
Comfort working within a team environment with high transparency and collaboration
