Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership across the bank, supporting profitability, balance sheet optimization, and sustainable growth
Oversee all finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions
Lead regulatory and statutory financial reporting, including Call Reports and filings with U.S. banking regulators
Serve as primary liaison with external auditors, internal audit, regulators, and the parent organization on financial matters
Ensure strong internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with U.S. banking regulations and accounting standards
Partner with executive management to evaluate new products, initiatives, and strategic investments
Oversee capital planning, liquidity management, and funding strategies
Support Board reporting, ALCO participation, and executive-level financial presentations
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
Qualification
Required
Senior-level financial leadership experience within a U.S. regulated banking environment
Strong working knowledge of U.S. banking regulations, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements
Proven experience partnering with Boards, regulators, auditors, and executive leadership
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred
Experience working within a multinational or foreign-owned banking organization is strongly preferred
CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred
