Responsibilities
Draw detailed construction documents
Verify client designs meet performance requirements
Review CAD models and drawings for completeness and accuracy
Communicate building and panel technical considerations effectively (orally and written) with clients, project managers, and engineers
Analyze information available to determine and plan the best panel layout for the project
Qualification
Required
Experience with CAD
Experience with architectural drawings
Experience in the construction industry
A degree and/or experience in the construction/building science, engineering, architecture or commensurate field experience
Attention to detail
Organization skills
Math aptitude
Solid understanding of structural engineering
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Independently manage multiple projects within a time-sensitive environment
Maintain organized files for team members
Exhibit work conscientiousness and attention to detail with in-depth paperwork and drawings
Enjoy a mix of working independently and with colleagues
Preferred
Technical experience in AutoCAD
Technical experience in Revit, and/or similar construction software
Experience with HSB software
