Virtual Assistant (Finance)
Adore Ecuador Travel is an online travel and hospitality services company, and they are seeking a Remote Finance Virtual Assistant. This role involves supporting high-volume booking operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and maintaining bookkeeping records.

Responsibilities
Process end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable: receive, code and enter invoices; prepare vendor payments and track receipts
Create, issue and follow up on customer invoices and manage collections through Stripe, PayPal or other payment platforms
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, resolve unmatched transactions, and prepare supporting schedules for monthly close
Maintain bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online or Xero: categorize transactions, update ledgers, and support periodic closing tasks
Manage expense reporting, refunds and chargeback workflows specific to travel bookings; liaise with vendors and customer support to resolve disputes
Prepare routine financial summaries and ad-hoc reports for the finance lead; identify process improvements to streamline finance operations
