Responsibilities
Provide key executional support to both our merchandise buying and planning teams
Be integral to new vendor setup and to maintaining item and vendor data across many SKUs
Proactively communicate on behalf of the department in meetings and via email, acting as the liaison for Import Operations, Transportation, Store Ops and vendors
Help coordinate samples and solve problems with our supply chain partners to ensure successful product flow through our network
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented multitasker
High sense of urgency and takes initiative as a self-starter
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
