Sales Rep Freight Forwarding
ActOne Group is a global logistics provider specializing in end-to-end freight forwarding solutions, and they are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support continued business expansion and market growth across the East Coast. This role will focus on new business development, account management, and delivering regular sales performance reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within logistics and freight forwarding
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, driving repeat business and revenue expansion
Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries to management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track prospecting, follow-ups, and client interactions
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal teams via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Qualification
Required
2 years of freight forwarding experience
2-4 years of B2B sales
Prior experience in the logistics, import/export, freight forwarding industry
Strong ability to secure new business and maintain relationships
High level of organization, follow up, reporting discipline
Ability to travel 50% regionally on East Coast
One day a week in office in Valley Stream, NY area
Preferred
Chinese language proficiency highly preferred
