Responsibilities
Identify In-Service Wire Centers and legacy AT&T 9-1-1 services
Map copper-based connections and CAMA trunks to PSAPs
Perform inventory and assessment of current PSAP services and physical plant
Assess nearest fiber service and evaluate cost, schedule, and engineering impacts
Plan for service transition to ESInet or IP-based Legacy 9-1-1 services
Develop Wire Center Transformation and Decommissioning Assessment and Remediation Package
Review and approve remediation packages and communicate timelines to PSAPs
Assist AT&T Public Safety Program Manager in project planning and initiation
Coordinate resources and team activities across internal and external stakeholders
Manage cost, schedule, and risk throughout project lifecycle
Maintain stakeholder communication and prepare project updates and reports
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with AT&T standards
Oversee implementation and transition from copper to fiber-based connections
Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct project closure and evaluation
