Employee Benefits Account Manager
GPac is a well-established, mid-sized insurance brokerage in North Jersey that has served the tri-state area for over 100 years. They are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage group health insurance clients, delivering exceptional service and proactive support.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of group health insurance clients, delivering exceptional service and proactive support
Work with a range of products including HMO, PPO, POS, and FFS/indemnity plans
Handle renewals, enrollments, claims issues, and benefit plan changes
Build and maintain strong relationships with employer groups and carriers
Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience
Provide consultative guidance tailored to each group’s needs and benefits strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience in group health benefits required
Life & Health License
Strong understanding of HMO, PPO, POS, and indemnity plan structures
Detail-oriented, responsive, and client-focused
Experience working with AMS 360
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple employer groups in a fast-paced but supportive environment
