The HR Total Rewards intern will assist the Senior Retirement Consultant with various tasks related to payroll data validation, retirement project management, and regulatory compliance during the summer internship.

Responsibilities

Help with Data Validation for payroll and vendors on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and project basis
Help with setup and testing of Service Now system
Lead retirement task project mapping project
Lead file sorting and digitization project
Help with Retirement Team absence coverage and inquiry research
Coordinate regulatory mailings
Help with Annual retirement plan audit requests
Help inventory Global benefits and financial wellbeing resources
Help with consolidation and creation of 'desk manual' for procedures
Rollout of revamped retirement plan committees

Qualification

Project managementData validationAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or other related analytical degree
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Completed Sophomore year of college
Project management skills, organized and able to quickly transition between multiple tasks
No relocation assistance provided
