Responsibilities

Responsible for all of enrollment quality assurance

Responsible for scanning and maintaining groups and members electronic records

Meets a daily quality assurance production and quota, while maintaining attention to detail

Responsible for any overflow of data entry from enrollment during the busy season

Creates quality assurance policies and procedures

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must demonstrate ability to be detailed oriented

Preferred

1-2 Years Experience in Data Entry/Clerical

Strong insurance background, preferred HMO and PPO
